The WiSH Education Foundation is proud to announce our 2nd Annual Hart District’s Got Talent Variety Showcase is back, the district-wide talent show for all students, teachers and administrators in the Hart District.

Submission Window Opens 12/2/24
Submission Final Due Date 1/31/25
Tickets are $25 for VIP – First come, first served in the first 5 center rows from the stage|
$15 for Adult General Admission | $5 for Students General Admission
Quarter page ad for your student in the Program $50 | Half Page ad for your student in the Program $75 |Full Page ad for your student in the Program $100
How to submit your entry:
- December 2, 2024 – Submission window opens –
- Final submission date – January 31, 2025
- Send an email to wishshowcase@gmail.com, along with:
- Your name, school, grade, email, cell phone number, song title, type of act (singing/dancing, etc)
- One parent’s name and email
- your video submission of TWO Minutes (individual) or THREE Minutes (group) SEE BELOW FOR AUDITION GUIDELINES!!!
- Your music, if applicable, MUST ALSO BE ATTACHED
- The name you consent to being listed on the event t-shirt (usually first/last)
- Send an email to wishshowcase@gmail.com, along with:
- You will receive a confirmation email by 2/3/25 confirming receipt of your submission and your availability on following dates, WHICH YOU MUST REPLY TO AND CONFIRM IN ORDER TO BE PLACED IN THE PROGRAM:
- Blocking/Rehearsal: 2/25/25 from 4-9pm – Students only, please
- Showcase: 2/28/25; student arrival by 5pm; auditorium opens to guests at 5:45, Show begins at 6.
- When you participate or come as a guest, you consent to any marketing photos of your likeness, and emails from WiSH.

- T-shirts $30 – ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 2/14/25
- Break-a-Leg Ads in the program to support your student! – ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 2/14/25 Full page $100, Half page $75, 1/4 page $50
- Flowers $30 – purchase in advance BY 2/21/25 or small amount available show night
- Candygrams $10 – purchase in advance BY 2/21/25 or small amount available show night (includes a card)

Audition Guidelines:
- All performers must be a student, faculty or administrator in the Hart District;
- You must be available for the blocking, rehearsal, and the show that you will be assigned to (notify us of conflicts at wishshowcase@gmail.com);
- All auditions must be the same performance that you plan to do in the show;
- Music, props and costumes must be school appropriate;
- Talent includes but is not limited to: singing, dancing, acting, instrumentals, comedy – if you have a special talent, send it in!
- Audition videos/show performances must be no longer than 2 minutes for individuals acts and duets, 3 minutes for groups (3 or more), not including your introduction (below):
- Face the camera as your audience;
- Film your full body;
- Start your video:
- introduce yourself – give your name, your school, what you’ll be doing, and tell us why you are auditioning – is this your first time doing this in public? Are you an experienced performer? Just doing it for fun?
- Group talent videos must be SUBMITTED BY ONE PERSON IN THE GROUP ONLY, but EACH performer in the group must send in an email with the personal and parent information listed above and name of the group.
- Group auditions must have a common group name that is listed on each group participant’s entry email – please make sure everyone in the group is aware of the group name that you will be using.
- Variety Show updates and information will be sent by email and can change at any time; it is your responsibility to check your email/spam regularly for Variety Showcase information.
- Because this is a district-wide event with a limited number of performance spots available, to allow for a variety of talent it is possible that not every submission will be accepted.
- Performers will not be judged, but will be given tips from a professional entertainer!!
