Junior High and High School can be at once academically strenuous, socially uplifting, an emotional rollercoaster fraught with questions about ourselves and our future. Where am I headed? What are my options? How do I get there? How do I find and maintain the drive and confidence to achieve my goals?
Rather than build obstacles that stand in your way, come listen to strong, successful women from a wide variety of fields as they share with you what it takes to be strong, practice self-care, and find the confidence and drive to be successful and achieve your dreams.

Durressa Powers
Personal Trainer & Owner of Hardcore Fitness in Burbank
After spending most of her life climbing the corporate ladder in the Entertainment Industry, Durressa Powers decided to career shift to follow her passion, which is helping others reach goals through fitness. She opened her own “transformation gym” called Hardcore Fitness in Burbank, transforming many lives, including her own. Beginnning at age 49, Durressa has now competed in 7 National Physique Committee (NPC) body building competitions. This woman believes in no limits at any age, and challenging yourself is essential.

LCSW, CEAP, Licensed Psychotherapist
Heather DeAngelis, LCSW, CEAP, is a licensed psychotherapist with expertise in assessing and treating ADHD and anxiety. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and an Advanced Certificate in Family & Couples Therapy from the prestigious Ackerman Institute for the Family in New York City.
Samantha Morrow
Marketing Director, Hello Auto Group
By the age of 21, Samantha had already become a Marketing Director and, at 23, she now manages the marketing and branding for Hello Auto Group, which holds a collection of Subaru, Mazda and Kia Dealerships. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Graphic Design, with a strong adaptability to AI and branding.
Olga Campbell
Senior Associate, 300 Financial Group
At the root of everything that Olga does is a heart to help, inspire and empower others. From being a devoted mom to triplets, now young adults, to helping people create security in retirement through financial planning. As a Broker with 300Financial Group, Olga guides in creating generational wealth and financial freedom. Her ongoing passion and zeal continue with her commitment to empowering women and girls in our community as a board member with Soroptimist International of Valencia, Director of SIV Dream It Be It Program and involvement in various other community organizations.
Nadine Young
Founder/CEO Move Nourish Breathe
Nadine began her career at an early age and a bit by accident. Later she realized it was not by accident but by fate that her path led her into the world of wellness. Nadine was a dancer from the age of 2 through college, and had a keen awareness of nutrition. At the same time she struggled with health issues that later turned out to be severe allergies and autoimmune conditions. Early in her career working in a gym, Nadine worked with clients on training and nutrition, helping her clients succeed. Through her own personal struggles, Nadine began to grow her knowledge of the connection between food and disease, finding her niche in functional nutrition. Nadine has found passion in working with teens, and she has received many accolades including Nutritionist of the Year and lululemon Ambassador.
