WiSH Education Foundation’s 3rd car show event, WiSH Upon a Car Showcase, will be in the Sears parking lot on May 31st, 2025, from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. This event returns as an evening of awesome cars, rockin’ music, entertaining vendors, and delicious food and drinks! You and your family will be able to vote for your favorite car, dance to your favorite songs, shop at your favorite vendor booths, and eat your favorite foods! It’s just $5 per person to enter, (kids under 5 are free), and $30 to enter your car (includes two entry tickets) All proceeds benefit the William S. Policies, procedures, and requirements.
Participants will accept responsibility for all materials and goods used or displayed in their area. Participant agrees to remain for the entire event. No early load-out is permitted.
All parking will be on a paved surface.
Vehicles will be parked in the order they arrive – arrival window is 2pm-5pm ONLY.
If pre-registered participants fails to check in during the specified time, the committee reservers the right to assign that space to another.
This is an outdoor event. Prepare accordingly.
Participant agrees that Cars Under the Stars is a fundraising event and agrees to hold harmless the WiSH Education Foundation, it’s sponsors, organizers and volunteers. Further, participant acknowledges that the above mentioned are not liable for damages or injury while in transit to, participating in, or after the event. Participant further agrees that images of their vehicle or person may be used by WiSH Upon a Car Showcase, WiSH Education Foundation, or Sponsors for promotional purposes.
FAQ'S
Thank you for participating in WiSH’S SCV Car Show event benefitting WiSH Education Foundation. It all happens Saturday July 26th in the Sears parking lot at Valencia Town Center. Please see the FAQ’s below:
What time does the event start: Event will kickoff at 6:00pm.
How do we enter the event? All registered cars will enter at the main entrance which will be off Citrus St. The actual address for the vacated Sears is 24137 Valencia Blvd. in case you need to map it. Look for the big balloon arch and friendly faces wearing Farmers Insurance shirts! You will need your QR code attached to your ticket to check in once you arrive. Hold on to your ticket by downloading the Eventbrite app, keeping your emailed digital receipt, or printing out your ticket.
All vendors/sponsors will enter off Valencia Blvd. and Mall Entrance then turn right on Town Center Dr., making your way down to the Sears parking lot. Look for a volunteer to guide you from there.
Attendees/Volunteers will enter off Citrus St. Park where the signs indicate General Admission Parking. Make your way to the WiSH Registration Booth.
What time do registered cars need to arrive? All cars registered for the event need to arrive between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. All cars need to be parked by 5:30pm. If you want to park together with others, please arrive together, we are unable to save spaces.
What time do vendors/sponsors arrive to set up? All vendors/sponsors can start arriving at 3:30pm and need to be set up and ready by 5:30pm. Please check in at the WiSH booth. Once set up, all personal cars not in the show need to be moved and parked in general admission parking asap. Vendors can’t tear down their booths until the event is over.
Will there be power available for vendors/sponsors? There will be a few generators provided to be shared among vendors, so if a set up requires a lot of power, it is recommended to bring an additional power source. Please remember to bring your own phone chargers.
Can we bring chairs and EZ up’s? Vendors/Sponsors can bring EZ ups but not cars registered to be in the show. You can bring your own chairs to sit in.
Can we bring our own food and drinks? Yes, however NO alcohol is allowed to be brought into the event. There will be food and drinks available for purchase.
Where do guests park? Look for the General Admission Parking signs which will be placed in between Sears and the former Canyon space.
